I went back out to the Sports Centrum again yesterday. Took it a bit easier on the speed, and had a good kick at the end. Good thing I got out when I did, it started raining shortly after I got back.
I'm headed out to the field this week. We'll see if I can get some running in. Maybe my friend and colleague Gilbert will want to go out with me.
